Additional Event Information and Site Regulations:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience during the hard hat tour of OKANA Resort, please take note of the following site regulations:
1. Carpooling Encouraged: Due to limited parking availability, we strongly encourage carpooling with fellow attendees to minimize parking-related inconveniences.
2. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Safety first! PPE must be worn at all times while on the construction site. Your safety gear should include:
- Hard Hat
- Hi-vis Safety Vest
- Eye Protection
- Closed-toe shoes
- Gloves
- Long Pants (no skirts or dresses)
- Limited PPE will be available on-site as needed, but we recommend bringing your own if possible.
3. Restrooms: Restrooms are located in the MCC Office complex for your convenience.
4. No Food or Beverages Inside the Construction Area: To maintain a clean and safe environment, please refrain from bringing food or beverages inside the construction area.
5. No Children Under the Age of 13: For safety reasons, we kindly request that no children under the age of 13 accompany you on this tour.
6. Use Caution on Uneven Surfaces: The construction site may have uneven surfaces. Please exercise caution and be mindful of your footing at all times.
7. Beware of Hand and Foot Placement: While exploring the site, pay attention to your hand and foot placement to ensure your safety.
8. Always Stay with the Group: For your safety and coordination, it's essential to stay with the guided tour group throughout the experience.
9. No Photographs: Please refrain from taking photographs during the tour. A group photo will be taken to capture the memorable moments.
