Crystal Bennett is an experienced Municipal Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the environmental services industry. She is a strong support professional skilled in negotiation, budgeting, market and business planning, and operations management. She is a nationally recognized sales and marketing leader with a passion for serving Oklahoma communities. Previously as Manager of Municipal Services at Republic Services, she oversaw relationships with 26 cities and managed more than $12 million in annual revenue, consistently exceeding goals through strategic partnerships, contract negotiation, and value-driven solutions for municipalities.
With a career spanning waste services, equipment auctions, and territory management across Oklahoma and Texas, Crystal is known for her ability to build trusted relationships with city leaders, councils, and state agencies. Her track record includes Chairman’s Club honors, national sales recognition, and frequent invitations as a keynote speaker for civic, government, and industry organizations.
